1. Overview & Single Purpose

Harga is a lightweight browser extension that provides used car price drop history, median sold benchmarks, and market valuation directly on Mudah.my car listings. We are committed to complete privacy: Harga operates as a client-side display utility without collecting personal information of any kind.

2. Data Collection (Zero User Data)

Harga does NOT collect, store, transmit, or monitor:

• Personally Identifiable Information: No names, email addresses, phone numbers, or account details.
• Browsing History: We do not log or track websites visited. The extension activates only on Mudah.my car pages to read public vehicle attributes.
• Financial Information: We do not collect credit cards, bank accounts, or payment credentials.
• User Activity Telemetry: We do not log mouse clicks, keystrokes, scroll positions, or network monitoring.

3. How Permissions Are Used

Harga requests only the minimum permissions necessary:

• storage: Used solely on your local device to save your UI preferences (in-page badge toggle and card collapsed state). This setting never leaves your browser.
• https://www.mudah.my/*: Used to detect public car specifications (make, model, year, asking price) on Mudah.my to display valuation cards.
• https://*.modal.run/*: Used to fetch public market price history and cohort benchmarks from our backend database.

4. Third-Party Sharing and Sale of Data

We do not sell, rent, monetize, or transfer user data to third parties, advertisers, or data brokers. All API requests are strictly read-only queries for vehicle market data.

5. Security & Communications

All network communications between the extension and the backend API use secure HTTPS encryption (TLS 1.3). No authentication credentials are required or stored.
